A. B2C — relocation and consumer services

1. Prices

Prices are shown in DKK and, where Danish VAT (moms) applies, the consumer total including VAT is shown before purchase. Basic, Arrival, Full and Family include the services described in the offer at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and payment

An order becomes binding after confirmation and payment or written acceptance under the stated process.

3. 14-day withdrawal right

Where the statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the consumer normally has 14 days. If the consumer expressly requests performance to begin before the period expires, the applicable legal consequences must be accepted at checkout.

4. Model withdrawal form

To: FranskDansk, Kroghsgade 18, 8000 Aarhus C — contact@franskdansk.dk. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service]. Ordered on: [date]. Name/address: [details]. Date/signature: [date].

5. Consumer complaints

Contact FranskDansk first. If the matter is unresolved and eligible, a complaint can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus / the Consumer Complaints Mediation Team through Klageportalen.

B. B2B — recruitment

Fees, payment schedule, scope, replacement guarantee, confidentiality and liability are governed by the signed recruitment mandate or accepted quotation. Candidate information may only be used for the agreed recruitment purpose.

C. Governing law

Danish law, subject to mandatory rules.
